In February 2012, Ms. Entenmann launched Hashtag Lewisburg City Paper, as the first full color, free arts and entertainment tabloid in Greenbrier Valley. This paper is the second largest print and online multimedia platform in Greenbrier Valley. The editorial focus is local music, unique shopping, the arts, events, theatre, local residents, and food. Ms. Entenmann and her team distribute 7,000 papers each month to over 5 counties in West Virginia.
In 2015, Ms. Entenmann founded Apprentice Network, Inc. (ANI). This comprehensive organization’s mission is to lead young people to educational persistence and a well-informed and charted path towards work-readiness and meaningful employment aimed at getting them prepared to enter a career trajectory.
Ms. Entenmann was born and raised in Fairfield County, Connecticut and is no stranger to hard work and the entrepreneurial spirit. Her parents immigrated to the United States from Hungary. They arrived with very little money and belongings to escape Russian Communist rule to pursue the American dream. They quickly saw that dream in the form of personal freedoms, resources, and career opportunities seldom seen under Communism. They worked very hard to save so they could start their own business, once which Ms. Entenmann was fortunate enough to witness first- hand. Ms. Entenmann could say she was an apprentice since before she could walk. The education and experiences her parents provided inspired her to start her own city paper and then launch her first not for profit which has been widely embraced by several hundred West Virginia youth.
Education: Ms. Entenmann has a B.A. in History from Quinnipiac University and M.B.A. from Liberty University.
